Dear Suzuki Families:

We are fast approaching the recital of Saturday, March 10th.  I hope you are practicing and excited about this special event.  Have you invited your BFF yet?  If not, get to it, because this is going to be a very fun, unique recital.

This email is about the party following the recital at Chuck E. Cheese.  I have reserved the space for us.  Here’s the plan:

• Tuning will start at 4:00pm and the recital will start at 4:30pm.

• Immediately following the recital, we will head to Chuck E. Cheese located in the Cortez Plaza, 905 44th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34207.  As most of you know, there will be pizza as well as lots of fun games for the kids to enjoy together.

• I have to know by Thursday, March 1 the number of children and the number of adults that will be coming in your party.   Please send me a quick text or email to let me know.

• Chuck E. Cheese is all about celebrating birthdays… Are there any children that have a birthday in February?  If so, let me know.

• This recital the parents will not have to bring food or drinks for the
  after- party.  Chuck E. Cheese has a comprehensive program where you can purchase a ticket for each child for $13.95 which includes 2 pieces of pizza, unlimited drinks, helium balloons, and 30 points for the games and rides.  Most of the games are 1 point each.  Larger packages are available, if you choose.

• The studio will provide pizza and finger foods for adults.  We are also going to bring a cake to celebrate the event and birthdays.

As you can see, it is essential that I know exactly how many people are coming!  We have to let Chuck E. Cheese know the size of our party so we can all sit together.  This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know our larger studio.  The children will LOVE it, and I hope you do, too.  I know I will!!
