ABOUT Bal-A-Vis-X
Bal-A-Vis-X was created by Bill Hubert. Bill taught for 30 years in multiple settings and at various age levels.
Over time, Bill concluded that all of his students who struggled academically tended to exhibit similar physical characteristics:
- inability to control eye movement
- inability to focus attention
- inability to sit or stand without moving
- illegible handwriting
- stiff/locked posture or limp posture
- rhythmless gait
- rhythmless cadence while talking or reading aloud
- difficulty distinguishing left from right
- clumsiness
- mental and/or physical apathy
After working with students for over two decades, Bill developed Bal-A-Vis-X: Rhythmic Balance/Auditory/Vision Exercises for brain and brain-body integration. The exercises demand cooperation, promote self-challenge, and encourage peer teaching.
This training will include all updates, including the use of the feet to provide a full body, right/left brain integration.
